Administration Tools
When you are logged in as an administrator, clicking on the Admin Tool link in the My Tools box on the right side of the netTrekker page provides you access to the following tools.
User Management
The Administrator uses this tool to manage the usernames registered to the active school. Your admin username is associated with a single school. You can access all of the schools in the district by moving your username to the desired school. To associate your username with another school, click Profile in the My Tools and select desired school in My School list.
The User Management tool provides the following functions:
- View and delete usernames registered to the active school
- View and update the username role (Student, Teacher, Admin)
- View and update username's status (Active, Inactive, Locked)
- View most recent login date for usernames
