ComputED GazettenetTrekker has been selected by ComputED Gazette to receive a 2010 BESSIE Award for Best Internet Resources Website. The annual Best Educational Software Awards target innovative and content-rich programs and websites that provide parents and teachers with the technology to foster educational excellence. This marks the fifth BESSIE award netTrekker has received.
2010 CODiE Award Finalist, Best K-12 Instructional Solution
Software and Information Industry Association (SIIA)netTrekker has just been announced as a 2010 CODiE Award Finalist in the Best K-12 Instructional Solution category! Since 1986, the CODiE Awards have been the leading honor in recognizing the software and information industry’s most newsworthy products and services. The Best K-12 Instructional Solution category awards the best school-based education technology solution for curriculum and content that is specifically targeted toward students in preK-12 learning environments.
2010 EdNET Impact Award, Finalist
EdNETnetTrekker has been recognized as a finalist for the 2010 EdNET Impact Award! Each year, the EdNET community recognizes organizations that are making a difference in education through the EdNET Industry Awards. netTrekker is one of three finalists for the EdNET Impact Award, given to the organization having made the most significant, positive impact on education through quality educational support and instructional resources. The finalists will be honored and a winner will be announced at a special virtual awards ceremony on May 19 at 1 pm ET.
2010 Golden Lamp Award, Finalist
Association of Educational Publishers (AEP)netTrekker has just been announced as a 2010 AEP Golden Lamp Award finalist! The AEP awards are one of the largest and longest-running awards programs for educational products, honoring outstanding resources for teaching and learning. The Golden Lamp awards are the gold standard for educational products. Only four Golden Lamps are awarded—one each for Curriculum, Periodicals, Professional Development, and Technology & New Media. netTrekker is one of four finalists in the Technology and New Media category.

2009 EdNET Impact Award, Finalist
EdNETnetTrekker has been recognized as a finalist for the 2009 EdNET Awards!
Organizations that have made important contributions through their products and programs to the education industry in the past year are recognized each year at EdNET during the Industry Awards program. netTrekker is one of three finalists for the EdNET Impact Award, which is presented to the organization having made the most significant, positive impact on education through quality educational support and instructional resources.
The final winner will be announced at the annual EdNET Conference, September 13-15, 2009 in Chicago, IL.
2008 Distinguished Achievement Awards
Association of Educational Publishers (AEP)netTrekker has been honored with two 2008 Distinguished Achievement Awards from the Association of Educational Publishers (AEP). The Distinguished Achievement Awards recognize the best educational materials-such as books, periodicals, educational toys, and software-within subject categories and by audience. netTrekker earned top honors in the curriculum category Specialized Audience Instruction: Technology - Website in both the Grades K-5 and 6-8 subcategories.
2008 EDDIE Award, Best Educational Search Engine
ComputED GazettenetTrekker was selected as a winner in the 13th Annual Education Software Review Awards (EDDIE) competition. This is the 3rd EDDIE Award for netTrekker The EDDIE Awards, sponsored by The ComputED Gazette, target innovative and content-rich programs and websites which provide parents and teachers with the technology to foster educational excellence--including augmenting the classroom curriculum and improving teacher productivity.
2008 Legacy Award, Award of Excellence
Technology & Learning MagazineTechnology & Learning magazine has awarded netTrekker with its Award of Excellence Legacy Award. This is the 26th year for the Awards of Excellence program that honors software and web products that include innovative applications that break new ground as well as those that demonstrate clear superiority over similar products in the market. A panel of more than 30 educators, who tested more than 100 entries at San Francisco Bay Area schools, chose winners. This award marks the fourth Award of Excellence netTrekker has been honored to receive.
2007 CODiE Award, Best Education Solution
Software and Information Industry Association (SIIA)netTrekker was recognized by the Software & Information Industry Association (SIIA) as the best educational product available for educators and students. netTrekker earned its fifth CODiE award in five years during the 22nd annual awards presentation. The award was given in the category of Best Education Solution, which honors the best overall educational technology solution.
2007 Teachers' Choice Award for the Family
Learning MagazineThe Teachers' Choice Awards for the Family program honors educational products that serve the home environment. The products are evaluated on educational value, originality and creativity, ease of use, safety and durability, and high-interest level and motivation for children. The product evaluators are teachers, who are also parents.
